PLACING AN ORDER

1. Select items and confirm your shopping cart.
2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice to your e-mail address.
3. Complete your purchase by paying the invoice.

Your order will be sent within 24 hours* from the date of receipt of the bank transfer.

* If the payment is received on Friday afternoon, the goods will be sent on Monday.

You can view the progress of your order in the Order History section, under the Status column.

Returns and exchanges are not applicable for buyers who are legal entities or natural persons (entrepreneurs) for goods corresponding to the order.

A LOT is a unique collection of goods consisting of a set of items listed together. LOTs are not divisible and cannot be reassembled.

A LOT Defect is a distinct collection of goods comprising a set of listed category B items with minor, easily repairable defects that do not impair the product's functionality, such as a loose seam, slight stain, or missing button.

Goods are sold in units or kilograms as specified in the catalogue.

Sizes of the products are not labeled on the packaging. We strive to offer a broad range of sizes within each package. For each category, a list of products is provided, specifying the type and quantity, such as: women's trousers – 3 pieces, men's T-shirts – 5 pieces, and so on.

The sample items shown in the photos are from a randomly selected LOT pack. Each LOT may vary in models, colours and sizes, but the type and quantity of goods will be consistent with the list of goods. Due to the wide variety of goods, it is not possible for us to photograph each LOT individually.
